Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.

• 3.
  Package Your Lenses

  Place your lenses in their original microfiber pouch or a protective case and secure them inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during shipping.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our lab, we will process your full refund or ship your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
